Real Stories. Meaningful Conversations. Practical Next Steps.
Participaants leave with greater clarity and a direction they can carry forward.
Why Learn Together?
My workshops grow from lived experience, not a textbook formula. I became a mother at seventeen, entered adulthood without a high school diploma, served as an Air Force F-16 mechanic, changed careers repeatedly, raised two daughters, earned my doctorate, taught for ten years, experienced profound loss, and eventually retired into yet another question: What comes next?
These workshops turn those experiences into conversations participants can enter themselves. Rather than simply listening to someone else’s story, they reflect, talk, write, question, and begin connecting their own experiences to where they want to go next.
Workshop Experiences
What Comes Next? Reimagining Life After Change
Major life changes can leave us wondering who we are now and what comes next. In this interactive workshop, participants explore how change affects identity, uncover possibilities they may not have considered, and begin defining what they want the next chapter of their lives to look like.
There Is More Than One Way Forward
We often measure our lives against timelines we inherited rather than ones we chose. In this workshop, participants examine the expectations that shape their ideas about success, identify where those expectations may no longer fit, and explore new ways of defining progress, purpose, and possibility for themselves.
Building Confidence Through Financial Independence
Money affects far more than what we can buy. It influences the choices we believe we have. In this workshop, participants explore the connection between financial understanding, confidence, and personal freedom, while identifying practical ways to become more informed and intentional about their financial lives.
Workshop FAQ's
Q What workshop topics do you offer?
A: My workshops focus on life transitions, starting over, personal reinvention, financial independence, and creating a meaningful next chapter. Each workshop combines conversation, reflection, and practical exercises so participants leave with greater clarity and ideas they can apply to their own lives.
Q Who are your workshops designed for?
A: My workshops are designed primarily for women navigating change, transition, or a new season of life. They can be adapted for women’s organizations, professional groups, retreats, community organizations, educational settings, and other groups looking for an engaging, reflective experience that encourages meaningful conversation and practical next steps.
Q Can you customize a workshop for our group?
A: Yes. Workshops can be tailored to your group’s interests, goals, and the amount of time available. We can adjust the focus, discussion, and activities so the experience feels relevant to the people in the room rather than like a one-size-fits-all presentation.
Q How long are your workshops?
A: Workshops can be designed for different schedules, from a focused 60-minute session to a longer, more interactive experience. The length will depend on your group, the topic, and how much time you want to allow for discussion, reflection, and activities.
Q Are your workshops in-person or virtual?
A: Both. Workshops can be offered in person or virtually, depending on the needs of your organization or group. The format and activities can be adapted so participants remain engaged and involved in either setting.
Q How much does a workshop cost?
A:Workshop fees vary based on the length and format of the session, the size of the group, customization needs, and travel when applicable. Contact me with a few details about your event or organization, and we can discuss what would work best for your group.
Q Do you work with men?
A: My workshops are specifically designed for women navigating life transitions and money mindset challenges. That said, if men are dealing with similar issues and my approach resonates, let’s talk.
